Michael has spent the last 12 years at WPP, the world's largest advertising agency network. Here he helped to transform multiple leadership teams around the world at storied WPP agencies. At WPP, Michael held global, regional and country level talent acquisition roles, with oversight of the hiring of as many as 20,000 people in a single year across the world.

Michael has lived in London, Beijing, Singapore and New York and has a global lens and network when it comes to top talent. He has facilitated C-level hires in US, UK, Australia, Europe, North Asia, South East Asia and South Asia. His networks in emerging and established markets are wide and deep.  

Although Taligence specialize in the hiring of go-to-market executives in marketing, sales, growth and ecommerce, he has hired at the C-level across many functions, including Data, Technology, HR, Finance, Program Management and Transformation.  

Previously, Michael was the founder and Chief Talent Officer at Idealpeople, where his work led to several exits for clients, who were largely VC backed technology firms, sold to the likes of IBM, Vodafone and HP.
